What is Satugran?

Satugran is a granular non-ionic wetting agent with a zeolite carrier, designed to prevent the occurrence of localised dry patch (LDP).  Based on our BestWet technology it allows water and moisture to move down deeper into the rootzone by lowering the interfacial tension between water and other substrates. It also enables water to spread out laterally throughout the soil profile giving maximum stress relief to all plants and reducing vital plant count loss.

Satugran is sold in Velvit branded bags only.

Application information

Apply at a rate of 20-30 g/m² or 200-300 kg/hectare
Repeat application in 30-90 days

“I thought I would send some positive feedback regarding the Satugran granular wetting agent. I have used it on my 11th green. This green was built in 2018-2019 and dries out very quickly during the summer and when put under stress, as the rooting system is still developing. We have been following a liquid wetter programme but after applying a few applications of this product I have noticed a considerable difference not only with the improved moisture levels but also with the longevity of nutrient retention due to the zeolites.
